Existing homes at McConnell Air Force Base are not metered for usage. The cost of your utilities is included in your BAH payment to Corvias Military Living. In the future, new and renovated homes will be metered and Corvias will establish a portion of the BAH as a utility allowance for your housing type. For more information about your utilities, please contact the Community Management Office.
