Furnishings provided in each room include a twin bed, desk and hutch with chair, side table and lamp, 3 dresser drawers, mini refrigerator, trash and recycle bin, ceiling fan, and one set of window and shower curtains. Common areas for the quad dorms provide 340 sq. ft. of shared space. This area consists of the dining area, kitchen, laundry closet and living room. Each common area is furnished with a four person dining room table, loveseat, cushioned chair, ottoman, two end tables with lamps, TV stand, 32" flat screen TV, stacked washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave, two framed/hung wall art, vacuum cleaner and fire extinguisher.
